Bugs fixed:

• The number of monsters needed to win resets correctly
• Changement about difficulty
• UIs fixed
• Modification on Credit page

Adds:

• A Golden Bubble system to allow you to regain some life by reinflating a popped bubble (from level 2)
• Rework of the in-game help button
